Description

We’re hiring a QA Tester (Manual & Automation) with 0–1 year of experience who is passionate about quality, detail-oriented, and curious about finding bugs others miss. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and functionality of our software products across domains.

Responsibilities

  • Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure product stability and performance
  • Write and execute test cases and develop test scripts for both manual and automated testing
  • Collaborate with developers, product, and engineering teams to investigate issues and resolve bugs
  • Use tools like Selenium, Postman, or similar to support automation and API testin
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of the agile team
  • Ensure documentation of testing processes and help in maintaining a quality-first mindset across teams
  • Stay updated on QA trends and continuously improve testing strategies

Requirements and Skills

  • Basic understanding of manual testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar
  • Good knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing
  • Clear understanding of SDLC and STLC
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills to report, document, and discuss issues
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
