Description

We’re looking for a Pre-sales Specialist with 4–5 years of experience in CCaaS, CPaaS, AI, or Telecom. The ideal candidate will bridge technical and business needs—translating client requirements into impactful solution demos, RFPs, and strategic proposals to drive sales success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales Teams to gather client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
  • Deliver product demos and proof of concepts (PoCs) to showcase solution capabilities and business impact.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs by preparing detailed and persuasive technical documentation and solution architecture.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor during pre-sales discussions, addressing client queries and objections confidently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Delivery) to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with client goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to enhance solution positioning and improve win rates.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales (4+ years)
  • Strong understanding of software/CCaaS/telecom products
  • Ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in preparing proposals, demos, and RFP/RFI responses
  • Experience working closely with sales, product, and tech teams
