Job Responsibilities

  • Meets or exceeds quarterly revenue targets by selling software, mobile apps, Telephony solutions and services through small to mid-size accounts.
  • Identifies customer needs/ requirements, and recommends the appropriate products and solutions.
  • Remains up-to-date on new product, technology, and services offerings.
  • Stays current on industry and vertical solutions as well.
  • Supports in the on-going technical education and development of the broader team.
  • Promotes and positions key strategic product and service offerings.

 

Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Achieve yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly sales target
  • Achieve weekly lead generation sales target
  • Must be having Sales/ BD experience of around 3+ Year in Web Development & Mobile Apps projects acquisition & closing.
  • Must have sound technical knowledge of advanced Web/Mobile/digital marketing technologies trending today.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, and negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team.
  • Able to communicate with clients and prepare convincing write ups/messages. Self motivated to meet sales target regularly.
  • Proven new business development 'hunting' experience with demonstrated consistency and excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication with overseas clients
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

 

Experience

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

 

Skills

  • Exhibits a broad based knowledge of multiple or related industries as well as an acute business understanding.
  • Highest level of competency in providing total solutions and providing cross segment teamwork.

 

Qualification

  • Master Degree or equivalent required.
